RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Amoco Production Company has donated a 3.16 acre tract of
land just west of Dowlen Road out of the Hezekiah Williams League, Abstract 56, for the
Delaware Street right-of-way as described on Exhibit "A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should by accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the donation of Amoco
Production Company of the 3.16 acre tract of land described in Exhibit "A" for the
Delaware Street right-of-way.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
