RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed the facts of the claim for damages
of Robert Gilliam in an Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council authorized the settlement of the claim for damages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim for damages of
Robert Gilliam in the amount of Four Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($4,500.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of the claim for
damages is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5--day
of 1991.
