RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide cement
stabilized base for the repair and replacement of driveways and storm sewers; and,
WHEREAS, APAC-Texas, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$14.55/ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by APAC-
Texas, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by APAC-Texas, Inc. of Beaumont for an annual contract to provide
cement stabilized base for the repair and replacement of driveways and storm sewers, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
day of Qe�w 1992.
