WHEREAS, on April 9, 1991, the City Council of the City of Beaumont awarded
Contract III Sanitary Sewer System Improvements to Allco, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 as been created to adjust "as-built" quantities of all
bid items, pay for extra work necessary to complete the project and to adjust the contractor's
construction period;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 3 with
Allco, Inc. to adjust "as-built" quantities of all bid items, pay for extra work necessary to
complete the project and to adjust the contractor's construction period and that in accordance
with the terms of the contract the job is hereby accepted and final payment in the amount of
$100,687.70 is authorized to be paid to Allco, Inc.
