RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for an annual contract to purchase traffic marking
materials on an as needed basis by the Public Works, Transportation Division; and,
WHEREAS, the following unit prices and estimated quantities are as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted above are
the best bids meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bids submitted above for an annual contract to purchase traffic marking materials on
an as needed basis by the Public Works, Transportation Division, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
