WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to furnish plumbing
services for all City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Premium Plumbing of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amounts as
follows:
PREMIUM PLUMBING - BEAUMONT, TEXAS
Rate/Hour - Plumber $ 34.00
Rate/Hour - Helper $ 6.00
Minimum Service Call $ 15.00
Percent added to Material Cost 25%
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Premium
Plumbing is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid submitted by Premium Plumbing of Beaumont in the amounts stated above for an
annual contract to furnish plumbing services for all City facilities, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
