WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an estimated annual supply of green
bar computer paper used by Management Information Systems (MIS) as well as other City
departments; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Business Forms of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$7.50 per thousand sheets for a total cost of $16,200.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Moore Business
Forms is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore Business Forms of Beaumont in the amount of $7.50 per
thousand sheets for a total cost of$16,200.00 for use by the Management Information Systems
(MIS) and other City departments, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
