RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment to HiWay
Equipment Company in the amount of $11,132.26 for repairs of unforeseen damage to Unit
5032, a Gradall excavator used by the Streets and Drainage Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the,JZE!, day of
1992.
