WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of three one (1) ton trucks
mounted with a three (3) cubic yard dump body; and,
WHEREAS, Wickersham Ford of Orange submitted a bid in the amount of
$62,065.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Wickersham Ford is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Wickersham Ford of Orange for the purchase of three (3) one (1)
ton trucks mounted with a three (3) cubic yard dump body, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the Zd2m
day of 1992.
