WHEREAS, bids were received for Contract II of the proposed Wastewater Treatment
System Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Allco, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $2,533,314.08; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Allco, Inc. is
the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Allco, Inc. in the amount of $2,533,314.08 for Contract II of the
proposed Wastewater Treatment System Improvements, be accepted by the City of Beaumont
contingent on the approval of the Texas Water Development Board.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme
