RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of two (2) animal control transport
bodies; and,
WHEREAS, Swab Wagon Company, Inc. of Elizabethville, Pa. submitted a bid in the
amount of $19,800.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Swab Wagon
Company, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Swab Wagon Company, Inc. of Elizabethville, Pa. for the purchase
of two (2) animal control transport bodies in the amount of$19,800.00, be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the /
