RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to enter into an agreement for
collection agency services between the City of Beaumont and Retail Merchants Association for
a two (2) year period renewable for a second two (2) year term at the option of the City.
