RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing approximately 800 meals per day for the
Summer Food Service Program (SFSP); and,
WHEREAS, Regal Food Service, Inc. of Houston submitted a bid in the amount of
$1.55 each; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Regal Food
Service, Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Regal Food Service, Inc. of Houston in the amount of $1.55 each
for furnishing approximately 800 meals per day for the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP),
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the o?14W_ day of
