RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to purchase polyethylene
pipe to be utilized by the Street and Drainage Department for driveway replacements in
conjunction with the ditching operation; and,
WHEREAS, Coburn Company of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amounts as
follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coburn
Company is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coburn Company of Beaumont for an annual contract to purchase
polyethylene pipe, in the amounts stated above, for driveway replacements in conjunction with
the ditching operation, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
