RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of ceramic and vinyl
tile for the first floor of the Beaumont City Hall; and,
WHEREAS, Bellard's Drapery & Carpet of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$12,924.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bellard's Drapery
& Carpet is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bellard's Drapery & Carpet of Beaumont in the amount of
$12,924.00 for the purchase and installation of ceramic and vinyl tile for the first floor of the
Beaumont City Hall, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
