BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept a ten foot (10.0') utility
easement out of the Noah Tevis Survey located 340.0 feet south of the intersection of Laurel
Avenue and 23rd Street from Dr. James H. Woodham. The easement is needed to construct
and maintain a sanitary sewer line. A plat depicting the easement is attached as Exhibit "A".
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme day
of 1992.
