RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for a six (6) month contract to furnish engine
oil, hydraulic oil and automatic transmission fluid for the City's fleet; and,
WHEREAS, Major Brand Oil of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amounts as
follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Major Brand Oil of Beaumont in the amounts stated above for a
six (6) month contract to furnish engine oil, hydraulic oil and automatic transmission fluid for
the City's fleet, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the d�day
