RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals will be designated as signatories on the Blue Cross Insurance
Claims Account #050-07003908. Two (2) signatories will be required.
Rogers K. Coleman
Ross B. Snyder
Ray A. Riley
Sterling R. Pruitt
Kandy Daniel
Sara S. Culbreth
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following individuals will be given authority to request
electronic fund (wire) transfers of any and all City funds on deposit with Texas Commerce
Bank:
Kandy Daniel, Treasurer
Michaele Lafferty, Deputy Treasurer
Sterling R. Pruitt, Assistant City Manager
Ray A. Riley, City Manager
Sara S. Culbreth, Finance Officer
