RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals will be signatories for banking, investment, handwritten and
facsimile purposes for any institution the City Council has already or may designate as a
depository for the City of Beaumont, effective February 10, 1992:
Ray A. Riley
Sterling R. Pruitt
Kandy Daniel
Sara S. Culbreth
The above signatories shall also be authorized for transaction with the Federal Reserve Bank
of Dallas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme day
of 1992.
