RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit applications to the Texas
Department of Transportation for the following traffic safety grant: (Summer) Occupant
Protection/S.T.E.P.; and execute in the name of the City of Beaumont all necessary
applications, contracts, and agreements required to implement the program.
