RESOLUTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the five foot utility
easement from George P. Sibley and wife, Rebecca Sibley for the Arlington Street right-of-
way in exchange for the repair of their driveway apron.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Z�?/ day
