WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of seven (7) air conditioning units for
the Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, Delta Air Conditioning submitted a bid in the amount of $24,884.80 for
six (6) 7 1/2 ton and one (1) 30 ton air conditioning units; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Delta Air
Conditioning is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Delta Air Conditioning in the amount of$24,884.80 for six (6) 7 1/2 ton and
one (1) 30 ton air conditioning units for the Civic Center, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 6W day of
1992.
