RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for Contract I of the Proposed Wastewater
Treatment System Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Crain Brothers, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$8,861,162.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Crain
Brothers, Inc.is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Crain Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $8,861,162.00 for Contract
I of the Proposed Wastewater Treatment System Improvements, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
