WHEREAS, the claim of Edward Lewis has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Edward
Lewis in the amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-six and 00/100 ($2,796.00)
Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
