WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land to
comply with Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for compliance with the Runway Protection Zone
(RPZ) be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 5-04: 32,764 square feet out of Lots 1 and 2, Block 40,
Gulf Terrace Addition
Owners: Mr. and Mrs. John David Bridges
Negotiated Value of Easement: $11,010.00
