RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the acquisition of a 1500 gpm fire pumper
truck for the City's Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kovatch Mobile Equipment of Nesquehoning, Pa. submitted a bid
in the amount of $251,802.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kovatch
Mobile Equipment is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kovatch Mobile Equipment of Nesquehoning, Pa. in the amount
of $251,802.00 for the acquisition of a 1500 gpm fire pumper truck for the City's Fire
Department, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
