BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Agreements with the
Texas Department of Transportation and Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 for the
replacement of a bridge located on Florida Street.
