WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to furnish and maintain street
barricades; and,
WHEREAS, Crabtree Barricade Systems, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $.289 each or $36.125 per day for the rental of approximately 125 Type II
barricades; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Crabtree
Barricade Systems, Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Crabtree Barricade Systems, Inc. of Beaumont in the amount of
$.289 each or $36.125 per day for the rental of approximately 125 Type H barricades, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /yam day of
