BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to apply and accept, as a joint
applicant along with Programs for Human Services and the Beaumont Public Housing Authority,
a HOPE 3 grant of up to $1,000,000.00 funded by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Y&day
of 1992.
