WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) out front tractor
mower; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractors of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$10,943.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Oil City
Tractors of Beaumont is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Oil City Tractors of Beaumont in the amount of$10,943.00 for one
(1) Ford commercial mower, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
