RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for stripping and refinishing of the brick flooring at the
Beaumont Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, Jim's Janitorial of Lumberton, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of
$11,800.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Jim's Janitorial is
the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Jim's Janitorial of Lumberton, Texas in the amount of$11,800.00
for stripping and refinishing of the brick flooring at the Beaumont Civic Center, be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
