RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for pest control services; and,
WHEREAS, Bill Barnes Pest Control of China, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of
$1,331.00 per month and flea treatment in the amount of $30.00 per hour; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bill Barnes Pest
Control is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bill Barnes Pest Control of China, Texas in the amount of
$1,331.00 per month and flea treatment in the amount of$30.00 per hour for an annual contract
to furnish pest control services, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 71�t day
of 1992.
