RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for providing labor and equipment to excavate
and recompact cell liners at the City's Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, Apac-Texas, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$29,730 per cell; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Apac-
Texas, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Apac-Texas, Inc. of Beaumont in the amount of $29,730 per cell
for providing labor and equipment to excavate and recompact cell liners at the City's Landfill,
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
7& day of 1992.
