RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the claim for bodily injury of Kenneth Richard should be settled for
$4,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim for bodily
injury of Kenneth Richard in the amount of Four Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($4,000.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim is
hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the k;�
day of 1992.
