WHEREAS, Billy Jean Wilson's property damage claim should be settled for
$2,891.28; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Billy Jean
Wilson in the amount of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-One and 28/100 Dollars
($2,891.28).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 72`�/
day of 4", 1992.
