WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) defibrillator/monitor with
a quik-pace, non-invasive pacemaker option for the Emergency Medical Services (E.M.S.)
Division; and,
WHEREAS, Physio-Control Corporation of Arlington, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $10,216.10; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Physio-Control
Corporation is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $10,216.10 submitted by Physio-Control Corporation of
Arlington, Texas for the purchase of one (1) defibrillator/monitor with a quik-pace, non-
invasive pacemaker option for the Emergency Medical Services (E.M.S.) Division, be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
