WHEREAS, the following owners have donated acreage for the proposed
Dowlen Road right-of-way as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the donors and the acreage donated are as follows:
Elbert M. Wood 1.421 acres
Clyde D. Hebert, Tediine Hebert, Bessie
Hebert, W. A. Hebert IV and Sandra Hebert
Knobloch 2.759 acres
Clyde D. Hebert, Jeffery Hebert, Tedine Hebert
Ima Jean Hebert, Sharon Hebert Mouton, Margaret
Elizabeth Hebert Allen, Carolyn Hebert Droddy,
Bessie Hebert, W. A. Hebert IV, Sandra Hebert
Knobloch, C. D. Hebert, Jr., Millard Grady
Hebert, Kathryn Marie Hebert Pierson and
Laura Hebert 5.288 acres
Spencer Land Company 0.0437 acres
Chevron Pipe Line Company 0.79 acres
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable
and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the donation of the
above named owners for Dowlen Road from Walden Road to the south line of the Athletic
Complex tract of land.
