WHEREAS, the City Council has discussed the facts of the claim for damages
of Linda Robbins in an Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorized the settlement of the claim for
damages;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim for damages of
Linda Robbins in the amount of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00), plus court costs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of the claim for
damages is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the,,/,�-day
