RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land to
comply with Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for compliance with the Runway Protection Zone
(RPZ) be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 5-09: 7,573 square feet out of Lot 1, Block 1,
Garden Villas Addition
Owners:Ray Tarrer, et ux
Angie Tarrer
Appraised Value of Easement: $300.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 3�
