RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land to
comply with Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for compliance with the Runway Protection Zone
(RPZ) be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel 5-02: 12,202 square feet out of Lot 18 and 19,
Block 39, Gulf Terrace Addition
Owners: Billy Wayne Biddle, et ux
Janet Sue Biddle
Appraised Value of Easement: $2,000.00
