WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land to
comply with Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for compliance with the Runway Protection Zone
(RPZ) be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel: S-08: 7,112 square feet out of Lot 17, Block 4,
Wescalder Fig Acres Addition
Owners: Ernie C. Abshier, et ux
Mary W. Abshier
Appraised Value of Easement: $250.00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
