WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land to
comply with Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for compliance with the Runway Protection Zone
(RPZ) be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel S-01: 25,918 square feet out of Lot 26, Block 14,
Gulf Terrace Addition and a portion of the
former Lower Neches Valley Authority
right-of-way in the Ashel Savary League,
Abstract 46
Owners: Lester E. Crow, et ux
Anna D. Muirhead Crow
Appraised Value of Easement: $3,300.00
