RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land to
comply with Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for compliance with the Runway Protection Zone
(RPZ) be, and the same is hereby, approved:
Parcel N-01: 39,554 square feet out of the A. Savery
Survey, Abstract 46
Owner: E. C. Lumpkin, Jr.
Appraised Value of Easement: $2,300.00
