RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a Contract and Deed to
Transfer Lots One thru Twelve (1-12), Block Fifty-Five (55), of the North Addition to the
Innovative Housing Development Corporation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the diZ day
of 1992.
