RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for LPG Piping to be installed at the Fire
Training Grounds; and,
WHEREAS, Joe Simon Plumbing & Heating, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid
in the amount of $20,675.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Joe
Simon Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is the best bid meeting specification and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Joe Simon Plumbing & Heating, Inc. of Beaumont for LPG Piping
to be installed at the Fire Training Grounds in the amount of $20,675.00, be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
