WHEREAS bids were received for the construction of sidewalks, paving,
drainage and fence improvements to Magnolia Park; and,
WHEREAS, W. B. Construction of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$66,474.76; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by W. B.
Construction is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by W. B. Construction of Beaumont for the construction of sidewalks,
paving, drainage and fence improvements to Magnolia Park in the amount of $66,474.76, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
day of y 1992.
