BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an easement agreement
whereby Chevron Pipe Line Company will donate an easement to the City of Beaumont over
a 0.79 acre tract of land out of the Charles Williams Survey, Abstract 59 for the right-of-way
for Dowlen Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
