WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of uniforms for the Police
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Martin's Uniforms of Houston, Texas submitted a bid in the
amounts as follows:

Men's Long Sleeve Shirts $ 23.80

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Martin's
Uniform of Houston is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Martin's Uniform of Houston, Texas, in the amounts stated above,
be accepted by the City of Beaumont for the purchase of uniforms for the Police Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1992.
