RESOLUTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the base pay of the City Attorney, Lane Nichols, be, and the same is hereby increased
three percent (3%). All other presently existing benefits shall remain.
