WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of a runway
avigation easement to comply with Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following runway avigation easement for compliance with the
Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel N-02: 14,454 square feet out of the A.
Savery Survey, Abstract 46
Owner: Billy J. Chanley
Appraised Value of Easement: $400.00
